Therapy is a deeply personal experience. Many of us can benefit from having a trusted, trained professional walk alongside us—someone who seeks to understand the world from your perspective while keeping your goals at the center of the work.

Therapy sessions are 50 min long and are highly individualized. We’ll work collaboratively to understand your goals and work to achieve them together. Given that I work relationally, I tend to work long term with clients, building deep therapeutic relationships. When I think about mental health I ascribe to a wellness model, which is not only about symptom reduction, but increasing wellness and meaning.

Many of my clients tend to be high achieving, insightful people that desire to learn more about themselves and how they move through the world in order to not just alleviate suffering, but to cultivate deeper meaning and wellness in their lives.

We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation call to get to know each other and determine if working together feels like a good fit. From there, we can schedule your initial intake appointment.

I do not participate directly with insurance plans, however, I’m happy to provide the necessary documentation to help you pursue out-of-network reimbursement, which may partially or fully cover the cost depending on your plan.

Because coverage varies, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider ahead of time to understand your specific out-of-network benefits.

I accept all major credit cards. Full payment is due at time of service.

I ask that you please notify me of any cancellations/reschedules at least 48 hours before our session. The full fee is charged if 48 hours notice is not given. I am happy to discuss any questions you might have about this when we meet.

I do! I save a limited number of sliding fee slots on my caseload for those in financial need. Please feel free to ask about this during our initial consultation meeting.
